Other Markets Processing
OTHER MARKET FUNCTION:
The new Other Market import process allows users to
load a monthly Final give up trade file from other clearing organizations
besides CME or BOTCC. All the Extra 100 reports and Extra 200 Invoicing functions
for Final trades will apply to the Other Market trades that have been imported.
The Other Markets enhancement is available for a
separate annual License fee. VVA can set up the Other Markets function for a
free trail evaluation period.
EDIT/ADD OTHER MARKET TRADES:
The View Trades screen can be set by the user to
allow Edits or Additions to a previously imported Other Markets (Not CME or
BOTCC) Final Cycle month. Click a check
in the appropriate "Edit/Add Other Market Trades" box in the Program Settings
menu to allow users to Edit and/or Add Other Market Final File trades.
NEW Extra 100 Report Filter
selections:
1) Executing Side Report
Filters:
"Invoiced" - Selects trade detail
invoiced using Extra 200 Invoicing. Trade records display Rate Values and Fees
as revised on Extra 200 invoicing.
"GAINS Paid" - Selects trade detail
from final trades where trade record fields indicate payment on the GAINS
system. Trade records display Original GAINS Rate Values and Fees.
"Not Billed" - Selects trade detail where trade fields
indicate No payment on GAINS and no manual Invoice on Extra 200. Trade records
display any Rate Values and Fees that the user may have revised on Extra 200
but not yet included in invoices.
2) Carrying Side Report Filters:
"GAINS
Paid" - Selects trade detail from final trades where trade record fields
indicate payment on the GAINS system. Trade records display Original GAINS Rate
Values and Fees.
The user can now remove filter selections by
"double clicking" filters in most screens.
NEW REPORTS ADDED:
NEW "Check Payments
To Trades Report":
The new "Check Payments To Trades"
report in Extra 100 will compare Preliminary, Final, or selected Archived Final
trade records to their related payment records and display payments and related
trade detail where the GAINS trade 'Bill Firm' indicators do not match related
Payments.
VVA EXTRA 100 is
available for an annual license fee.
VVA EXTRA 200 is used in conjunction with VVA Extra 100 and is available for an
additional annual license fee.
Both VVA
EXTRA 100 and 200 are available for a no cost 3 month trial evaluation.
