Create Invoices
The
Give Up records from the Prepare Invoices screen are combined for invoicing and
displayed in the Create Invoices screen. The user can update or add missing
addresses and preview selected invoices prior to creating the invoice
documents. Selected invoices and related receivables records are created by
printing or creating .RTF (Rich Text Format) invoice documents. The .RTF
document files can be saved in a user defined computer folder location, and can
be "E" mailed to related customers.
