Creating Custom
Reports
The
Create Reports screen allows the user to create, preview, and print Give Up
record reports using a wide variety of selection criteria. For example; a
rejected agreements report can be created by selecting "Rejected" in
the {Rejected} filter field and clicking the {Preview} or {Print} buttons.
Similarly, selecting "3rd Party" in the {Bill To} filter
field would create a 3rd Party trade detail report for a selected cycle month.
Many other selection criteria include Firm(s), Account(s), session, expired
status, priced status, etc. Custom reports and related filter criteria are
saved with user defined names allowing quick access to a specific Give Up
reports that meet your Firm's needs. Besides creating report documents, the
program can also export underlying report records to a variety of external
database formats for evaluation or manipulation by using the {Export} button.
